Extremely rare and unlisted work of original art, signed and dated by a possibly german artist, named Winfried Walter, signed “WIWA”. In one woodcut the words “Poce – Poce” are seen on a wall. The elaborate run of woodcuts are strikingly depicting the sorrows of Refugees from War, Families leaving their Home, Soldiers marching, Cities in Flames, Dead Horses slaughtered for food, but also death walking away, beaten by the resilience of new beginnings etc.
