Original, very large ceremonial Tapa (″ngatu”), awarded to Sir Harry Luke directly by Queen Salote when he visited Tonga at the beginning of December 1938 during his time as Governor of Fiji and High Commissioner in the Western Pacific. – With a Prayer painted on the tapa, invoking Gods protection for the island of Tugua: “Koe Lube OSA Bua I He Lagi I Tugua”.
