Some minor staining to a few pages in the volume for 1944. Otherwise in very good condition with only minor signs of external wear. Interiors lightly tanned and clean throughout. All bindings firm and square.

Original, very decorative cloth with gilt lettering and ornament to front and rear boards. New spine furnished in the 19th century. Corers bumped, pastedown a little rough but interior excellent with all engravings and especially the maps in very good condition. Extremely rare publication !
