Deckled edges. Very good condition with only minor signs of external wear. Frontispiece cleanly detached and loosely inserted. Cracks to valley of index pages near rear of textblock. Binding still good and firm and text block is solid and square. Some untrimmed pages. Foxing to edges and to endpapers and very occasionally to interior. An extremely scarce publication.

Clarke from O.W.L. – Christmas 1929”. Donn Byrne was owner of Coolmain Castle (near Kilbrittain) until his death in a car accident in 1929.

Very Rare ! / The pamphlet “The Diocese of Ross and its Ancient Churches” was published within the “Proceedings of the Royal Irish Acadaemy” and is in excellent condition with some minor signs of wear only.
