The first and last chapters, set in a German detention camp, which frame the story, are printed in red. Of a total edition of 1465 copies, No. 277 of 1436 on ordinary paper. Very good to near fine in publisher’s printed wrappers.

Beiliegend auch ein korrigiertes und signiertes Original Typoskript von Siegfried Freiberg, mit handschriftlicher Widmung an den deutschen Schriftsteller Hanns Martin Elster, mit einer durchgestrichenen Widmung und dem Vermerk eines neuen Pseudonym’s Elster’s (″jetzt Elisa Wolf-Fellinger”) und einem Hofmannsthal-Zitat. Das Gedicht-Typoskript trägt den Titel: “Hymne dem Sänger der Zeit”.
