This is one of the rare 1940 original Lithographic Reproduction Posters of the 1916 Declaration-Poster of the Provisional Government: Poblacht na hEireann – The Provisional Government of the Irish Republic to the People of Ireland. Colour Lithograph with celtic ornamented border and portraits of the signees. Cork, Paramount, [c.1940]. 39.5 cm wide x 53.5 cm high. olding creases, small tear, colours bright and strong. One of the few remaining reproductions made by Paramount in 1940. The artwork of the reproduction is magnificent. Highly collectable and a very beautiful reminder of how meaningful this document was for those who signed it, reflected in the beauty of the original design of this Poster.
