A short collection of poems from the novelist, poet and critic Robert Nye. He was born in London in 1939 but for many years lived in Ballinhassig just outside Cork. His novel, Falstaff, won both the Guardian Fiction Prize and the Hawthornden Prize. This book is signed and inscribed by Nye “for Brian on the first day of 1984 with good wishes”. Nye died in July 2016.
