This book is based on the content of a series of workshops on social analysis facilitated by Father Healy and Sister Reynolds. The workshops aimed at giving the participants a deeper understanding of: the theory and practice of social analysis; the current concern of the Church with faith and justice; and how relevant, effective Gospel-based action can be generated. In the course of each workshop the participants were taken through a process of: reflecting on the reality of their situation; identifying the problems in that situations; and planning action to tackle those problems.
