Modern Hardcover (green half maroquin) in custom made solander box. Remarkably rare book that has been extensively restored by master bookbindery “George Bayntun” in Bath, England. The pages have been all singlely restored and “japanese-paper-tissued”.

Bedford remarks already in the introductory essay to his famous publication: “Many friends have kindly presented me with copies of their books, some of which have already become cardiac classics” / Dr.O’Donovan generously presented me with his copy of Williams’ “Nervous and sympathetic palpitation of the heart” (2nd ed. 1852) which he acquired in Nottingham and which i had long sought in vain ! “The book is now very rare”.
